Doing the dishes takes forever, partly because it seems like everything needs to be cleaned to perfection including baby's bottles. We nicknamed David "Tee-tee". Tee-tee has 7 bottles that come apart to 6 separate pieces each bottle, and each piece needs to be washed individually. So it takes 20 minutes to wash all his bottles.
Today I'm planning on going to the arts store and getting the biggest canvas they have so that I can start painting again. Painting was one of my hobbies that helped the time go faster when we lived in Tennessee. Ethan was gone all day, and I had absolutely nothing to do. We didn't have any of the modern means of entertainment, including internet. We were so out far in the country that Internet wasn't available. We were fortunate to have cellphone reception. I believe that some people love living like this, but for me it was very difficult especially since I always lived in a big city with lots of neighbors and noise. I love noise and I love people, being isolated out in the nature is stressing to me after a few days. So I can't wait for tee-tee to take his next nap so that when he gets up I can pack him in his carseat and we can get on our way! Maybe even stop for a Starbucks! I wish tee-tee could talk, so he can tell me all about his toys his adventures and his night dreams while I sip my Tall Decaf Mocha!
Just wait a couple years and you won't be able to get him to STOP talking!
